1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and GK222 ("Platform", "us", "GK222"). This document governs your access to and use of the GK222 platform at gk222.asia, including all games, services, features, and content available through the platform.

These Terms are written in Bahasa Melayu and are designed specifically for Malaysian players. In the event of any conflict between different language versions (if applicable), the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail and supersede all other versions.

GK222 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. The latest version of the Terms is always available on this page. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the GK222 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

GK222 is a platform strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above only. Registration, use of the platform, deposits, wagering, or participation in any game by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. GK222 reserves the right to request proof of age (such as a copy of a Malaysian identity card or passport) at any time. Accounts suspected of being held by underage individuals will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any funds in such accounts will be returned in accordance with established procedures.

2.2 Geographic Coverage

GK222 offers its services to players accessing the platform from Malaysia. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their use of the GK222 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. GK222 makes no representation regarding legal compliance in any specific jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Registration

To use GK222's paid services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active Malaysian phone number, valid email address, and any other required details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Each member is permitted to hold only one account. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Management

Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their GK222 account. GK222 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your password confidential.

You are required to keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address. Outdated information may cause delays in withdrawal processing and important communications from GK222.

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required before your first withdrawal or under certain circumstances. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of your payment method. The KYC process is carried out to safeguard member funds and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at GK222 is RM10 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit limit is subject to the member's account tier and may be adjusted by GK222 in accordance with compliance requirements. 4.3 Deposit Processing

Successful deposits are typically credited to your GK222 account balance instantly. In the rare event that a deposit takes longer to reflect, please contact GK222 support with proof of transaction (a screenshot of the payment receipt). GK222 is not liable for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of the payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method, under the same member's name, used for deposits. This is a mandatory security measure with no exceptions. Prior to processing a first withdrawal, GK222 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) from the member.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by membership tier — standard members and VIP members are subject to different limits. The exact limits can be viewed in the Account section of the GK222 platform.

5.2 Processing Time

GK222 aims to process all valid withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes for verified members. VIP member withdrawals are prioritized and are typically completed within 15 minutes. GK222 is not responsible for any delays caused by issues on the part of payment providers or banks.

5.3 Bonus Withdrawals

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the associated rollover requirements have been fully met. The exact rollover conditions for each promotion are stated in their respective bonus terms. Only real money funds (not bonus funds) in your account balance are eligible for withdrawal without rollover conditions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

GK222 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, reload bonuses, and a VIP programme. Each promotion carries its own terms, which must be read and understood before participation.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• GK222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly – is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• GK222 reserves the right to decline or void any bonus if there is reasonable grounds to believe it was claimed improperly.

6.2 Rollover Requirements

The rollover requirement (also known as the wagering requirement) is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a RM50 bonus with a 30x rollover means the member must place total wagers of RM1,500 (RM50 × 30) before winnings from the bonus balance can be withdrawn. 7. Game Rules

All games available on GK222 – including live baccarat, roulette, video slots, live Sports Betting, e-sports, lottery and other table games – are subject to their respective specific rules. The rules for each game can be accessed within the relevant game interface.

8. Player Conduct

All GK222 members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:

• Using another person's identity or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Using third-party software, bots, automated scripts or any other method to gain an unfair advantage in games.

• Colluding or conspiring with other players to cheat in table games or live games.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by GK222

GK222 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, unfulfilled verification requests, or any other reason deemed appropriate by GK222. In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud, GK222 reserves the right to hold funds in the account until the investigation is concluded.

9.2 Closure by Member

Members may request closure of their GK222 account at any time by contacting the support team via email at support@gk222.asia or through live chat. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be met, or bonus funds will be forfeited. Any real money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of GK222's commitment to responsible gaming, members may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. 11. Liability Limits

GK222 provides its platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. GK222 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

In all circumstances, GK222's maximum liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. This document constitutes the entire agreement between GK222 and its members regarding use of the platform, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
